HazTek Safety Management is seeking one to two Site Administrators to support a long-term construction project in Wilmington, DE. This role will be fully onsite and stationed in the project’s Welcome Center trailer, serving as the first point of contact for incoming visitors and craft personnel.
Manage daily Welcome Center operations
Coordinate site check-in and badging processes
Verify required documentation and identification
Issue badges and maintain accurate records
Support site access and parking coordination
2+ years of administrative, front desk, or customer-facing experience
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a construction environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic systems
